Tracey Abston, Administrator

Tracey Abston has provided over 20 years of professional experience to the early care and education field. Other educational focuses have included school age, adult, and parent education.

Tracey Abston has a Masters degree in Human Behavior.

Tracey Abston is a military veteran who has participated on various other committees as an advocate for early childhood educators, young children, and families.

DeAnn Lee, Secretary

DeAnn Lee has worked for the Department of Social Services for more than 15 years she is a wife and mother of two adult daughters and one teenage son and a dedicated bible teacher.

She has extensive clerical skills which includes general clerical support, administration and coordination of accounting. She has served as a back-up for reception. Provided administrative support to accounting.

DeAnn generates correspondence and reports as requested and maintains her shorthand skills. In addition Ms. Lee has served as an assistant the local human resource administrator.

Ms. Lee has strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to the mission of Child Vista Child Care, wherever the need may arise.

Michael Allen, CFO

Michael Allen joined the Pollakov Financial Group in early 2003, prior to that he served as a Managing Associate with New England Financial. At New England Financial he was Rookie of the Year, New Associate of the Year, Leaders Qualifier and Agency Builders Qualifier.

Michael obtained his MBA from National University in 1990. Michael’s undergraduate degree is from Upper Iowa University. He was the first minority to complete the Wells Fargo Management Training Program. He has held management positions with Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Michael also served in the U.S. Navy where his career was highlighted by rapid advancement and numerous commendations; including the Navy Achievement Medal for sustained superior performance.

In his role as a Financial Services Professional, Michael has built a practice comprised of several hundred individual and business clients. During the past few years he has also helped others start their careers as a Financial Services Professional. Michael holds a series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities license. He's also on pace to become an Investment Adviser Representative of MML Investors Services, Inc., and has taught financial seminars to various groups.

Besides developing his own financial practice and helping others develop their practice, Michael is an instructor at the University of Phoenix; the nation’s largest private institution for higher education. He teaches Finance and Accounting on both the graduate and undergraduate level and has been nominated for Instructor of the Year.

Michael and his family reside in San Diego's North County, where he coached Pop Warner Football and other youth activities.

Veronica Daniels, Director of Services

Veronica Daniels is an entrepreneur who has spent many years in the Bookkeeping /Office Manager field. Additional responsibilities include answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments, entering information into a database, printing invoices, processing payments, data entry for payroll and writing proposals for contracts. She has extensive experience with QuickBooks and Excel.

Veronica enjoys working in an achievement-driven work environment and is best described as doing what needs to be done. Ms. Daniels has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and is a freelance bookkeeper who owns her own tax preparation business.
